The tweaks that I made are done. I didn't do as much to "clean" the code as I had planned; I guess I was just being lazy. I did format the template to differentiate between the main page and the individual posts (I already had an archive page, so I left that alone, though I really need to fix the headline banner). I also did the tweaks to the comments section that I had promised. It looks much cleaner now.
